1.Working principle
1.1 This machine integrates a fully automatic microfiltration system, ultraviolet sterilization system, protein separation and ozone reaction system, biochemical filtration system, nano oxygenation system, automatic control system, and a new type of equipment that integrates six systems. It has the advantages of small size, strong functionality, small footprint, convenient use, easy installation, and low investment. It is suitable for high requirements for aquaculture, such as hotels, villas, farms, etc., especially for trial breeding experience equipment in factory farms.
1.2 The fully automatic drum microfilter is composed of a box, drum components, and a reverse cleaning system. When the liquid containing suspended particles enters the drum, the suspended particles are intercepted by the stainless steel filter screen, and the clean liquid enters the water storage chamber. When the suspended solids in the drum accumulate to a certain amount, the permeability of the filter screen will decrease, and the liquid level in the storage
chamber will subsequently decrease. When the liquid level drops to the second float, the automatic backwash system triggers operation. At this time, the backwash water pump and drum motor start automatically at the same time. The high-pressure liquid output from the high-pressure water pump is subjected to high-pressure spray cleaning on the rotating drum filter screen through the backwash system. The suspended material remaining on the filter screen is washed with high-pressure water and enters the waste collection tank, and then discharged through the drainage pipe. After cleaning, the permeability of the drum filter increases, and the liquid level in the storage chamber slowly rises. When the liquid level rises to the first float, the backwash system stops working.
1.3 The protein separator uses a fluidic jet to produce a lot of gas foam, and uses the principle of air flotation to remove organics in the liquid from the system. It has strong and efficient organic matter separation function, low-energy optimization combination, and abandons the bulky and inefficient air flotation tank; It can separate over 80% of organic matter, greatly reducing the load on the biological decomposition system and lowering land occupation costs; It has ozone contact tower efficiency, and if used in conjunction with ozone machines, residual ozone decomposition series, and ORP automatic control systems, it can achieve the best results.
1.4 Biofilters achieve waste degradation through the attachment and growth of microorganisms, and have advantages such as high efficiency and low energy consumption. In the fields of environmental protection and aquaculture, it is widely used in wastewater treatment, exhaust gas treatment, and solid waste degradation, making important contributions to improving water environment quality.

Installation and Operation Instructions
1.Equipment installation requirements
1.1 The ground for equipment installation is flat and the foundation is firm.
1.2 Align the dimensions of the inlet and outlet pipes when connecting to the equipment.
1.3 Ensure that the equipment is installed horizontally.
1.4 The function of the outlet pipe positioning bolt is to adjust the verticality of the outlet pipe and the ground and protect the outlet pipe elbow from deformation and damage.
1.5 The two equipment bodies are connected with a φ315 PVC pipe. Installing a butterfly valve on the connecting pipe helps control the water level and perform local maintenance.
2.Debugging and Instructions
2.1 Open the inlet and outlet valves of the water inlet pump and the circulating water pump, and close the drain valve.
2.2 Check the sealing of each pipeline.
2.3 Close the air inlet valve.
2.4 Turn on the power, turn the water inlet valve to half-open, and start the water inlet pump.
2.5 Adjust the equipment valve and observe the water level pipe to make the water level of each reaction chamber reach a balanced state, among which the water level of the protein skimmer rises from the mixing section and stabilizes at the cone flange.
2.6 Start the protein skimmer circulating water pump, slowly open the air inlet valve, observe the flow meter, bubble volume and water level.
2.7 Repeatedly adjust the inlet and outlet valves of the protein skimmer to make the bubbles and water in the protein skimmer mix and rise to the foam collection cup, while keeping the water level in the middle of the cone of the collection cup.
2.8 Within one week of the start of operation, the bubbles and water level should be observed frequently. If there are too many bubbles or water, adjust the air intake and the water inlet and outlet valves to maintain stability.
2.9 Clean the foam cup according to the operation and collection of the foam cup.
