Product Description
The acrylic incubator manufactured by QLOZONE company, comprises six principal components: an acrylic incubation tank, a temporary fish fry rearing pool, a multifunctional water treatment system (incorporating biological filtration, ultraviolet sterilization, and recirculation pumps), a temperature control system, an aeration system, and an electrical control cabinet system. Incubation capacity for fish eggs may be customized to meet specific requirements, with all components fabricated from premium polypropylene (PP) material.
Working Principle
Acrylic Incubation Tank: An aerated spray pipe injects water flow into the incubator, creating turbulence that propels fish eggs to float up and down within the water. This prevents eggs from clumping and accumulating. Such agitation not only supplies oxygen to the eggs but also carries away water mould spores, reducing the risk of infection.
Multifunctional Water Treatment System: The biochemical filtration system purifies harmful substances generated during egg incubation, while the UV steriliser eliminates water mould and other harmful bacteria, further reducing infection risks.
Precise Constant Temperature Control: Air-source heat pumps maintain optimal temperatures for cellular division during incubation, enhancing hatching efficiency and survival rates.
Dead Egg Removal: A micro-flow bottom water inlet keeps eggs in gentle suspension, allowing dead eggs to be expelled. This prevents mycosis infection and improves hatching rates.
Circular-bottom water distribution and top drainage design: Smooth water spray gently agitates eggs, promoting normal cell division, development, and growth. This design also automatically separates sinking eggshells from fry. Upon hatching, fry are discharged via the top drainage into holding tanks, minimising manual intervention.
Product Features
High-efficiency hatching: Ensures fish eggs hatch in optimal conditions through water agitation and oxygenation sterilization, enhancing hatching success rates.
Automated operation: Certain designs enable semi-automated water volume regulation, reducing manual intervention and improving operational efficiency.
Resource conservation: Compared to traditional hatching troughs and hatching barrels, the sinking fish egg incubator occupies minimal space, consumes less water, and saves energy.

FAQ about KOI pond filter
❓1.Are you manufacturer or trader?
✔QLOZONE found in 2015,Integrating production and trade together,,the first manufacturer of KOI pond filter from China.
❓2.Can I customize the filter?
✔ Support OEM&ODM orders.
✔ Customize size for water inlet&outlet.
✔ Customzie filter design based on your drawing.
✔ Customize material for indoor or outdoor use.
✔ Contact QLOZONE team to help!
❓3.What types of pond filters do you offer?
✔ Combi drum filter QL-YCM series, with drum filter chamber+bio filter chamber with K5 media+UV chamber, fully automatic
✔ Combi drum filter QL-YCM-B sereis, with drum fitler chamber+UV chamber+bio chamber with matts and bacteria house, matts need to wash it manual
✔ Bakki shower filter QL-TK sereis, help increse the oxygen in water
✔ Drum filter QL-PM series, filter the impurity over 70 micron
✔ Stainless steel manul clean filter QL-YC sereis, with blush, matts, bip ball, bacteria house, ceramic rings
✔ UV sterilzer
✔ Pond pump
❓4.How do I choose the right filter for my pond?
✔ Consider:
Pond volume (in gallons/liters).
Fish load (e.g., koi ponds require heavier filtration).
Flow rate (matched to your pump’s capacity).
Contact QLOZONE team to help!
❓5.How often should I clean/maintain the filter?
✔ Mechanical pads: Rinse weekly (use pond water to preserve bacteria).
✔ Biological media: Clean sparingly (every 2–3 months) to avoid disrupting bacteria colonies.
✔ UV: Replace annually.
❓6.Can I use the filter in winter?
✔ Yes, but:
Biological filters: Pause use if water freezes; bacteria become dormant.
Mechanical/UV filters: Run continuously if the pond isn’t frozen.
❓7.Do I need a UV filter if I already have a biological filter?
✔ UV filters are optional but recommended for green water (algae) control. Biological filters alone won’t remove algae.
❓8.How long does it take for a new filter to establish beneficial bacteria?
✔ Typically 4–6 weeks. Use a bacterial starter culture to speed up the process.
❓9. What’s the warranty period?
✔ All filters come with a year limited warranty, lifelong technical support.
❓10.Where can I buy replacement parts/media?
✔ Contact QLOZONE team for Support.
