Core Working Principles of the Integrated Water Treatment Equipment

Fully Automatic Drum Microfiltration System

The automatic drum microfilter is composed of a tank body, drum assembly, and backwashing system. When water containing suspended particles flows into the rotating drum, the stainless steel filter screen intercepts solid impurities, while clarified water passes through into the water storage chamber.

As suspended solids accumulate on the filter screen over time, water permeability decreases, causing the liquid level in the storage chamber to drop. When the level falls to the second float switch, the automatic backwashing system activates: the backwash pump and drum motor start simultaneously. The high-pressure pump delivers pressurized water to spray and clean the rotating filter screen thoroughly.

Washed-off solid residues flow into the waste collection trough and are discharged through the drain pipe. As the filter screen’s permeability recovers, the water level gradually rises. Once the level reaches the first float switch, the backwashing cycle shuts down automatically. This self-cleaning design ensures continuous, unmanned operation with minimal maintenance.

Biological Filtration System

The biofiltration module achieves waste degradation through the attachment and growth of beneficial microorganisms on filter media. This process features high treatment efficiency and low energy consumption, making it a cornerstone of sustainable water treatment.

Widely applied in environmental protection and aquaculture industries, biological filters are used for wastewater treatment, exhaust gas treatment, and solid waste degradation.
